The purpose of this e-mail is to comment both you and your staff on what can only be described as excellent customer service. A few days ago I contacted your office to explore the possibility of moving our Sunbather Solar Heating to make way for Solar Electricity Panels. Your Office staff where very helpful in organising Chris Clarke to attend our address and discuss our options. I cannot remember the girls names but they fulfilled their promise of getting back to me and organising a time for Chris to come out. I found Chris to be both very professional and knowledgeable. He was very frank but diplomatic with his opinions and did not try to “make a sale”. It is nice to see that there are still companies in Australia that pride themselves on good customer service and appreciate that good will is something that is sown now and is reaped later. Unfortunately for a lot of companies, they ignore this valuable asset because it cannot be quantified and included in a balance sheet. Once again, thank you for the efforts of your fine staff and please pass on my appreciation for their assistance.
