Sunbather commercial annual service

YOUR COMMERCIAL ANNUAL SERVICE IS NOW DUE!

At Sunbather, we are proud of our products and their outstanding ability to save your pool centre money, water and energy. To ensure you are receiving optimum performance from your Sunbather investment, we highly recommend you sign up to an annual service and maintain your industry leading warranty. Like any piece of equipment with moving and electrical parts, carrying out regular maintenance is the best way of ensuring a long and trouble free service life. Sunbather offer an Annual Service every Winter to ensure your products are working to optimum levels. We highly recommend this service to identify and prevent any unnecessary future expenses. This enables your pool to reach your desired swimming temperature quickly and efficiently – who better to maintain your system than the pool industry’s most awarded company!

A Sunbather Annual Service includes, but of course is not limited to:

SOLAR HEATING SERVICES

Thorough inspection of your solar collector and roof adhesion
Cleaning of the solar collector area of debris and rubbish to allow rain flow
Inspection & cleaning of your solar pump(s) and related valves
Assessment of system pressures and flow rates
Testing of your solar controller and monitoring sensors
Inspection of all pipework for cracking, damage or fatigue
Ensure optimum heat output it being obtained
3 month warranty on all repairs for your peace of mind

POOL COVERS + ROLLER SERVICES

Check all bolts and pivots, with adjustments where necessary
Check main axle bearings and alignment
Inspect condition of blankets, edging, haul cords, sew lines and clips
For Superslaves – inspect batteries, charging, wheels, drives and mechanisms.

We can also service any brand of solar or pool cover and give you a full condition and recommendations report.

- This service involves a minimum of 2 hours labour @ $30 incl. GST per 15 minutes
- There is a Service Call Out fee of $200 incl. GST
- All parts used will be charged at a standard RRP
- Travel is chargeable at 80c per km on any job >40km from Hastings, VIC or Melbourne CBD, whichever is closest to the site address as per Google Maps
- A PO number must be provided prior to any works being carried out
- Any replacement parts used will be itemised on your invoice
- Significant repairs or alterations will be separately quoted for your approval

Once we receive your service request, you will be contacted by a member of our Service Team to schedule your appointment. We ask that your $200 Service Call Out fee be prepaid at this time or for a PO number to be provided, in order to secure your booking. Any additional parts and/or travel costs incurred will be determined and invoiced on the day of the service. Payment of any remaining balance will be due and processed on the same day. By submitting this form, you hereby authorise Sunbather Pty Ltd, to debit your credit card for the agreed amounts as invoiced.
